Take a weekend break for Yoga & Meditation in the laps of Mountains beside the river Ganga at Rishikesh. Yoga & Meditation are believed to be most peace and relief providing practices. These practices would definitely provide you an ease from all your stress and you will feel the inner peace. The ambience we provide here is very natural. You will have your morning and evening Yoga sessions, Meditation sessions and Satvik meal along with a comfortable accommodation.
Pack your bags by Friday Evening after your work and Leave for Rishikesh from Delhi by the night. Those who are coming from outside of Delhi, just coordinate with our experts on whatsApp after the booking and they will assist you with suggestion for better commutation.
Reach to Rishikesh in the morning and check in to the Ashram Premises. It would be a long night. So fresh up and soon you will be served with Satvik lunch. By the evening your 1 hour Yoga session will start. A trained Yoga teacher will train you with stress relieving Yoga practices. After the session you may opt to visit Laxman Jhula nearby and attend evening Arti of holy river the Ganga. Return back by dinner time and take a nice sleep.
Start the day early in the morning and the morning Yoga session will start by 7 am. After the session enjoy your Satvik breakfast. You may opt to have a holy dip at nearby bank of the River Ganga or you may opt for some adventure experiences like Rafting and Bungee Jumping at additional prices. You will be provided with lunch in the afternoon. Prepare yourself for the evening Yoga Session. After the session you may opt to visit nearby market. Return back to Ashram and take your Satvik dinner.
After your breakfast today, it's time to bid adieu to your hosts and thank your Yoga Teacher for making you learn about some good stress relieving Yoga Postures and Meditation process for peaceful mind.
